Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport shares most of its facilities with its upscale sister property Villa Fontaine Premier Haneda Airport located in the same building.
Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport has a 2,000-metre onsen facility with views of the airport and Mount Fuji. It features a hot stone sauna, dry sauna and separate male and female bathing areas. It is open between 12:30 pm and 10:00 am.
Located in the Premiere Area of the building, the fitness gym has 11 Technogym training machines. It is open between 5:00 am and 11:00 pm.
The hotel business centre has ten meeting rooms and a large hall for international conferences.

A free airport shuttle bus runs between Terminal 1, 2 and 3 of Haneda Airport, leaving every four minutes between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm and every eight minutes between 8:00 pm and 12:00 am.
